Outlaw Tattoos & Piercing
Tattooing has become such a staple in today’s society, so much so, that all walks of life, including lawyers and doctors, have them hidden under their long sleeves. As one of the oldest ways of self-expression, J.D. Little, Owner of Outlaw Tattoo & Piercing, believes that it will continue to grow in popularity and acceptance in society.
J.D. has been tattooing for over thirty years, starting as many artists did, working for tattoo shops doing odd jobs and learning the trade. His enjoyment of art and drawing naturally led him to tattooing, an art form that allowed him to help others express themselves. J.D. tattoos for the love of the art, the story and the appreciation of a job well done (unlike some tattoo artists who try to get the tattoos done as fast as possible to get to the next one). A little extra time and effort can take a tattoo from good to great. This art is permanent and should be taken seriously. In the end, it should be loved!
Outlaw Tattoo & Piercing is one of the largest shops in the area with five custom tattoo artists and two piercing artists. All are knowledgeable, creative, clean and professional in their work. The entire staff is trained and certified with bloodborne pathogens so the process is entirely safe. “Not all shops are trained this way,” adds Little. “The customer always comes first with the staff at Outlaw – customer safety and satisfaction. When choosing a shop, a customer should ask questions, including seeing previous work along with assessing the cleanliness of the facility.” Outlaw normally gets three referrals for every customer they tattoo. “We are proud of that,” adds J.D. with a smile.
Outlaw backs a lifetime guarantee with their work, with the exception of feet and hands. They are one of the most award-winning shops around. They cover all the bases in tattoo work; color, black and grey, realistic, portrait, tribal and even tattoo removal.
.D. adds, “Ben has been tattooing almost 20 years. He is a great artist and loves doing old-school tattoos and art that stands out from a distance. He is a freehand artist that can create something on the spot and is also skilled with tribal styles. Sam likes it all from color to black and grey to everything in between. She is just starting her fifth year and doing great. She is also trained in piercing when needed. Paul has been with us three years and has been tattooing about five years. He has an exceptional personality and is a great tattoo artist. J.D. Junior has been tattooing about 16 years and is a great artist. He loves to do black and grey, here and in Arizona. He is my right-hand man and I love having him here. Allie is the most recent addition to the Outlaw team. Allie has been piercing for close to 10 years and did her apprenticeship with the Enchanted Dragon in Arizona under Hector Noriega and Jay Devault. She is extremely passionate about her work and likes to ensure that everyone that leaves her table happy. Allie is trained to find the pressure point on the daith piercing to cure migraines, which, not very many piercers know how to do. Amy is a piercing artist, does tattooing and is also my wife. She loves helping people express themselves, either by piercing or tattoo, and sometimes they go together adding one to the other.”
Outlaw Tattoo’s & Piercing is a street shop, which means they keep time open for people to come in without an appointment. They welcome all walk-ins and are open noon to 10pm, seven days a week! (set off with a box w/in the text)

Tattoo Regret?
Over the years, J.D. has seen a lot of bad tattoos and even worse laser tattoo removals. J.D. spends his time helping people remove those ugly tattoos with a more natural and less painful remedy. They use a process called Tattoo Vanish®.
Introducing TATTOO VANISH® – the world’s first all-natural tattoo removal procedure.
Tattoo Vanish® now offers the safest medically sound alternative to laser, surgical excision or dermabrasion. It is superior to other non-laser removal methods. Tattoo Vanish® is the world’s first proven all-natural product and procedure.
Since Tattoo Vanish® is all natural it can be used for the following procedures:
- Tattoo removal – Removes all tattoo colors
- Instead of cover-ups – Use Tattoo Vanish® to lighten up the tattooed area. Once the area is properly healed, the artist may tattoo on lightened area (unlike laser)
- Take the grey/black out that laser may leave in skin
- Remove permanent makeup – Safely removes pigments in sensitive areas where laser cannot
- Permanent makeup correction – Change or remove previous work
